About Us   The Directors       Christopher James Koch Director and Co-Founder Email:  chris@1form.com.au       Chris was previously a property underwriter at Southern Cross Underwriting placing facultative reinsurance in the Australasian market on behalf of Lloyds of London and Hannover Re.  His roles encompassed risk assessment and pricing,  development of marketing and business strategies for the company,  program negotiation of proportional and excess of loss reinsurance placements. He was also in charge of liaising with overseas investors to maintain and further increase the insurance capacity that these investors offer to Southern Cross.  Chris is currently an Associate of the Australian  & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is also a Director of the online media company VenueHQ Pty Ltd.   Chris’s business experience has seen him develop  exceptional sales,  marketing and risk management skills and a unique ability to conceive new and innovative concepts.           Chad Anthony Stephens Director and Co-Founder Email:  chad@1form.com.au Chad was previously Operations Manager of the Pantry Group of companies and was affiliated with this organisation for seven years.  The Pantry Group is a dynamic organisation, specialising in hospitality, event management, retail and publishing.  As part of the board of management Chad was instrumental in the advent of their first publication, being distributed in November 2003, including the development, marketing and advertising required.  Chad’s core capabilities and responsibilities included general management with specific focus on recruitment for the Group, development and implementation of systems relating to purchasing and production, human resources and succession planning for a wide range of staff.  Chad is also a Director of VenueHQ Pty Ltd and both these roles have seen him develop exceptional business development and general management skills with the flexibility to adapt to market changes and procurement requirements.  Chad studied Property in the Business faculty at RMIT and has obtained a Certificate 4 in Business (Estate Agency Practice).
